The 2012 CLPNA Spring Conference is hosted by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). GST # 87224 2979 RT0001
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at CLPNA@buksa.com. A $63.00 (incl. 5% GST) cancellation fee will apply for conference registrations cancelled until April 9, 2012. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for dinner tickets.
Breakfast and lunch are included with full conference registration fee.

CLPNA members attending the full Conference (two days) can reduce their Registration Fee by $100 through an education grant from the Fredrickson-McGregor Education Foundation for LPNs (the Foundation). An online Grant Application Form is included as part of the registration process. Those eligible for grant funds will receive a cheque following the Conference. Applicants must meet the Grant Guidelines eligibility requirements. See the Frequently Asked Questions on the Foundation’s website.
